The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed. Paid training included.

Requirements:

  • HVAC experience preferred
  • Regularly required to work around operating equipment, work in confined spaces, stand for long periods of time, walk, reach, stoop, crawl, twist, bend and climb ladders.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain open communication with company staff and customer in a professional manner.
  • Understand and efficiently use basic computer hardware and software.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain a clean, safe driving record.
  • Passionate about contributing as an individual and also loves winning as a team.
